Plus, they’re adjustable, so you can use them no matter what stage of development your little one is in.

Boba 3G vs. Beco Butterfly 2 - Back CarryInternal sling – This feature makes back carry extremely simple. Basically, you can buckle Baby in before putting it on. So in other words, once baby is securely strapped inside, you can handle baby and carrier as a single unit. Front loading straps and safety buckles – These straps attach the top of the carrier to the shoulder straps. They allow you to adjust the closeness of your baby, so you don’t have to worry about your baby leaning back, away from you, throwing off your center of gravity. These straps also have two-handed safety buckles on them to prevent curious toddlers from accidentally opening them.

Conclusion:

If you have very little experience with soft structured baby carriers, and you’re looking for something that’s extremely easy to use, the Beco Butterfly 2 may be the best option. The internal sling makes back carry incredibly easy, even at a young age. Also, if you have more than one child, say for instance a newborn and a toddler, it doesn’t take much to convert the baby carrier to a newborn carrier. Just pop in the insert and you’re ready to go. It’s not that easy with the Boba 3G.

Now, if you’re looking for a baby carrier that’s incredibly supportive, then the Boba 3G Carrier would be the better option. The carrier body is not only wider, but it’s also taller, which gives older babies and toddlers more support. Throw in the foot stirrups, and there’s no other carrier on the market that compares. It’s also incredibly easy to nurse while wearing, and  it’s comfortable and convenient. The storage pocket and purse strap holder are nice bonuses.
